We were engaged by the client to carry out a replacement cost estimate for the offices and plant, for the purpose of insurance renewal.

This was a pre-planning engagement, where the client was applying for permission to build a new hotel and housing development near the Fairyhouse race course. We engaged the architects and engineers and co-ordinated with local representatives during the planning process. The final scheme involved the provision of a hotel and residential set amongst man made lakes.
