We were engaged by the client at an early stage, to assist in the pre-tender process and then on the delivery of a high quality residence. The project involved conserving the beauty of the existing Crampton built residence, while adding an ultra modern extension to the rear.

We were engaged by the client to come up with a proposal to turn the existing lane into a fully serviced access road, capable of facilitating the development of mews buildings. We co-ordinated a full planning application, with services etc for submission to the local council.
